Return / Refund Policy
We stand behind our products, and want you to be happy with your purchase! If this is not the case, please let us know by emailing email@example.com with your name and order number. A FoxFire associate will reach out within 24 hours to resolve any issues. We cannot guarantee a refund if your product was purchased in excess of 15 days or has been opened. Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility. No refunds will be issued for products that have been opened or used. If your product is received broken or damaged, you must notify FoxFire within 24 hours of receipt.
