Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if there are any issues with the product you received and we will be more than happy to speak with you. If you would like to return any items purchased, please do not put them in the mail until you have contacted us. We are not able to accept returns for any product that has been opened or used. You may return any unused, factory sealed, item for a refund, minus a 30% restocking fee, up to 7 days from date of purchase after speaking with a FoxFire representative. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. No refunds will be issued for products that have been opened or used.
If your product is received broken or damaged, you must notify FoxFire within 24 hours of receipt.
