The hemp plant has been modified naturally through time to express higher yielding CBD levels. Other ingredients that we use at FoxFire are certified as Non-GMO.
What is the difference between Hemp Seed Oil and Hemp Oil?
The seed oil is produced from pressing hemp seeds and contains proteins and fatty acids. Hemp oil contains the beneficial phytocannabinoids, terpenes and other beneficial compounds.
Is CBD legal?
CBD oil is sold throughout the United States, and congress recently legalized the growing of hemp in the most recent Farm Bill 2018.
Will I need a medical marijuana card or doctor's prescription to use CBD or FoxFire products?
Our products fall under hemp dietary supplements and we operate under the Farm Bill 2018. There is no regulation that requires a doctor’s prescription or medical marijuana card.
How much CBD should I take?
Each person’s body weight and composition is different, as well as pets. We have a recommended dosing guide for each product on our website. For any higher doses we recommend you consult your doctor or health care professional; for pets please consult your veterinarian.

We will ship online purchases using Fedex, with expected delivery within 5-7 business days of shipping (please allow more time for federal holidays). You will receive tracking information via email once your package has been shipped.
What kind of payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We also accept payments from your Checking Account (ACH). If you pay by Checking Account, for your protection, you will need to respond to a text message or email that will be sent to you. If you do not respond within 1 hour, your order may automatically be canceled. This step is for your protection.

A FoxFire associate will reach out within 24 hours to resolve any issues. We cannot guarantee a refund if your product was purchased in excess of 15 days or has been opened.
